Tiffany Grant is the Chair of IDC’s Inclusive Reads Book Club and the D&I Resources Community of Practice. A seasoned leader in research program administration, researcher engagement, and DEI advocacy, she brings over a decade of experience across academic and industry settings. With a strong focus on STEM and healthcare equity, Tiffany has led numerous initiatives that integrate DEI principles into research practices, foster innovation, and support underrepresented researchers. Her passion for building inclusive environments drives her ongoing commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful impact in research and healthcare.
