Talogy: IDC®'s Testing Platform

Talogy is a leading provider of secure, online testing and proctoring services. The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC)® uses Talogy to administer its Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® exams.

Convenient Scheduling

Schedule your exam at your convenience, either at a testing center or at work. Candidates may schedule their exam through the CourseNetworking LMS.

  • Testing centers: Talogy has over 600 testing centers located throughout the world. On the day of your exam, you'll need your photo identification and to arrive 15 minutes early. You will not be allowed to bring any personal belongings into the testing room, including pocketbooks, bookbags, or laptop bags.

Accommodations

Candidates who require accommodations may request an accommodation while completing the certification application and/or when scheduling their knowledge exam. This will be done through RegFox or CourseNetworking, respectively. A Candidate may also send a written request to the CEO by contacting IDC at info@diversitycertification.org. The request must indicate the nature of the disability, detail the Candidate’s needs, and specify the accommodation requested. Accommodations will be handed on an individual basis and must not compromise the exam security. The emailed request must be submitted to IDC at least 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the examination date.

In CourseNetworking, Candidates can submit an accommodation request electronically. This request is directed to Talogy and IDC. IDC certification staff must log-in to the Talogy system to approve the request. Once it is approved, Talogy sends an acknowledgement and confirmation to the Candidate, and schedules the exam appointment. Talogy offers accommodations for users with disabilities, such as extended time or a quiet room. If you require accommodations for your exam, you must request them in advance through IDC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Candidates may be required to submit supporting medical documentation describing the basis for the request. The IDC and/or testing vendor may contact candidates to discuss the requested accommodations. To protect sensitive confidential information, IDC will communicate only with the candidate requesting accommodations unless the candidate specifically authorizes IDC, in writing, to communicate with a third party. Certain disabilities may require an extended time test, which provides 90 additional minutes to complete the examination. Candidates will be notified in writing if their request is approved within 2 weeks (10 business days). All accommodation requests are considered confidential.
