The Value of Recertification

How much would you pay for effectiveness? Or confidence? Or to be viewed as a highly competent professional? Or to get a new job with more responsibility?

The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC)® seeks to make certification affordable, especially compared to "certificate" programs. This helps more people achieve qualification credentials and ensures cost isn't a barrier to effectiveness, confidence, or competence.

However, the emphasis of IDC's certification program is on the value that our credentials bring to an employer's bottom line and their ability to help you and your organization deliver inclusive excellence at work.
